Refunds are processed immediately upon approval and typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
Yes! If your original arrangement is eligible for return, we're happy to arrange an exchange for any item of equal or lesser value. Upgrades are available at the difference in price.
Gift recipients can contact us directly. We treat gift return claims with the same care and urgency as direct orders — simply have the recipient quote the order number from the card.
We ask that all freshness or quality claims be raised within 24 hours of delivery. For missing items or wrong orders, you have up to 48 hours.
In almost all cases, no. Given the perishable nature of our products, we don't require you to return the flowers. Simply send us your photos and we'll proceed.
Unused digital gift cards can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Partially used gift cards are non-refundable.
